Pettit Singleton Associates (PSA) is one of the areas largest Building Services Engineering Practices, located on Preston Dockland and whose philosophy is to strive to provide the highest standard of service to clients, with the aim of exceeding their expectations, offering innovative, practical and value for money buildings. We provide specialist services in design and supervision of Electrical and Mechanical installations to a broad spectrum of clients in the built environment, from high technology projects in communications and health to commercial offices and retail space. Over recent years many projects have been developed towards environmentally responsive building in education, leisure and the residential sector. In addition PSA are able to offer Clerk of Works ( Electrical and Mechanical), condition surveys maintenance reports, and full AutoCAD draughting facilities.
